A California native, Eric has gained a unique familiarity with the Bay Area.
He was born in San Leandro and grew up in Vallejo before leaving the area to earn a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Psychology at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. After spending some time in Southern California, Eric found his way back to the Bay Area he loved so much and has since been living and working in Vallejo, South San Francisco, Hayward, San Jose and now Fairfield.
As his career path naturally evolved from engineering-heavy responsibilities to ones more centered around sales and customer support (managing multiple programs at a time and negotiating multi-million dollar deals with some of the biggest names in the tech industry), his transition to real estate was largely driven by personal goals and the desire to help families and individuals. Having bought and sold 2 homes of his own, he recognized the impact his realtor had on his family and decided he wanted to do the same for others.
Although Eric enjoys working with all of types of clients, he has a special affinity towards first time home buyers as he sincerely appreciates the anxiety, fear, joy, pride and excitement associated with buying one's first home. His methodical and engineering based approach to working with buyers also lends itself very well to first time home buyers as he is more than happy to field any and all questions with very thorough, clear and concise explanations.
